Meet Our Leadership

Scott Sammarco
Technical Trainer / M.S.I

Scott, the founder of Rizzo Controls, has a deep passion for both technology and education. With a strong STEM background and experience serving in the U.S. Army National Guard, Scott brings technical expertise and a commitment to continuous learning. He holds several advanced certifications, including Certified Tridium Niagara4 Trainer, CompTIA Sec+ CE, and GROL, and has pursued additional training in CISSP and CISM. His goal is to provide the best possible training for building automation professionals, enabling them to become self-sufficient leaders in their field.

Sharon Rizzo Sammarco
Director of Training and Development

From her time at the Army’s Professional Education Center, Sharon gained valuable expertise in instructional design, which she combines with extensive military experience leading teams. Her dedication to selfless service, along with her education from Post University, makes her a key leader at Rizzo Controls LLC. Sharon’s commitment to helping clients and students grow in their professional development is essential to the personalized support we provide.
