Course Summary

This 5-day Niagara4 Technical Certification Training aims to educate students to a minimum level of technical expertise to design, engineer, and integrate projects effectively and efficiently using the Niagara4 Framework.

The instruction during this certification program is instructor-led training, and training materials will be provided electronically as documents and exclusive training videos only available to students!

Students who pass the testing at the end of the class will be Niagara 4 certified and receive an Official Tridium Niagara4 Certification – available through Tridium University. 

This class is oriented and targeted for technicians in mind that work within the rebranded Niagara Software and EC-Net 4 Pro. 

The course features vendor specific labs like licensing non-Distech branded JACEs/ ECBOS’, installing the productivity enhancing tools, Distech Support Pack, and covering the Wizard Service.

Cost: $3000 per seat for Virtual AND In-Person, instructor lead.
Bundles are available with the Niagara4 TCP (Level II) which start at $5600 per seat for both classes and both final exams with a free retake for both!

When paid in full- a remote connection to the training environment and course material will be provided to allow the student maximum time to learn on the EC-Net 4 Platform.

  • This course is intended for professionals in the BAS industry who have responsibilities within the EC-Net 4 platform, Distech Controllers or are looking to expand their capabilities with another brand in the HVAC controls and BAS Industry.
  • Each student must have a Windows Computer with Windows 10 or 11 Operating System.
  • Students must have administrator/root-level privileges on their computers, including the ability to turn off the Windows firewall and to download/install software. Students must also have an internet browser like Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. Students will need to be able to download a version of the latest Niagara (By Tridium) Software and the licenses for these will be provided for training.
  • Students need a functional working knowledge of Windows, computers, and MS Office to navigate this course successfully. Students should have a distraction-free environment for the class.
  • A 2nd monitor is highly recommended.
  • Students must have an internet connection to access and maintain the class during class hours.
  • Students must have administrator/root-level privileges on their computers, including the ability to turn off the Windows firewall and to download/install software.
  • Students must also have an internet browser like Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
