A: Persons operating and servicing any installation or instance of the Niagara Framework must be Niagara4 Certified. Although the Certification won’t make you an expert and will surely give you enough knowledge to be dangerous

A: Training will consist of instructor led exercises, content presentation, open discussions and experiences, and real like applications. All of our instructors operate in the current environment with the most current and up to date software and hardware. Due to 75% of communication being non-verbal, we highly encourage that cameras are on during training. This provides instructors with the opportunity to better understand the class. 

A: The requirements for in-person and virtual trainings are very similar. You’ll need a Windows or Linux PC, and you should have administrator rights on your computer for the duration of training. If your employer limits those rights, a personal computer will work fine and may serve better to keep the training resources long term! 

A: Classes will typically start at 8am and finish at approximately 5pm and are subject to different time zones. 

A: No, Rizzo Controls will provide a temporary license for training. You will only need to download the Niagara Software and if remote/virtual, then Tosibox as well. Links for these downloads will be provided before a course begins.

A: Please fill out our registration form so we can know more about what class you’re interested in and a purchase order or payment in full is the only way to secure your seat; customers are served based on First-Come-First-Served. Each course is limited to a maximum number of students to maximize the student-instructor ratio for effectiveness.
