Terms and Conditions

All training services are subject to the ‘BAS Services Agreement,’ which must be signed before services are rendered. All training services are provided ‘AS-IS’ and hold no guaranties

Tuition payment for the class(es) is due in full at registration for each course. Rizzo Controls LLC may, at their sole discretion, choose to reserve a seat for a student while the customer and Rizzo Controls LLC determine payment arrangement. Rizzo Controls LLC may not issue an official Niagara4 Technical Certification Program Certification for a student who has an outstanding balance.

If a course is rescheduled or canceled a refund may be provided with greater than 30 days’ notice to Rizzo Controls LLC. With less than 30 days’ notice AND greater than 14 days’ notice, 50% may be refunded. With less than 10 days’ notice, no refund will be provided. For a class that is rescheduled within 180 days of the original commencement date, the deposit may be applied to the rescheduled class, provided the class commences within the 180-day period.

Rizzo Controls LLC wants to provide a spectacular training environment and foster good relationships, and we do not ever expect to cancel classes. However, due to inclement weather preventing us from traveling or the will of God, we may have to cancel a class. If this happens, we will credit the funds you provided in tuition towards a class later.

Rizzo Controls LLC is not responsible for lost travel fees, deposits, or travel-associated costs you may experience or incur due to a canceled, suspended, or disrupted class.

Tuition payments are best paid by PO/Check that can be written to Rizzo Controls LLC 8772 Crenshaw Drive, Grovetown GA, 30813. If you send a check, please include a copy of the registration, the student’s name, and the address so we can secure your seat in the class.

If you pay by credit card, Rizzo Controls LLC will assess a convenience fee of 4% of the total amount due.

When you register for one of our classes, you are agreeing to these rules as set forth.
